If the app won't launch or force quits, check these four things:
1. If your device's OS is outdated, please update your device.
If you are using an iPhone
If you are using an iPhone, go to Settings on your device, tap General, select Software Update, and then download and install.
If you are using Android
If you are using Android, go to Settings on your device, then System > Advanced > System Update.
2. If you have an older version of the Ily&Sem app, please update it to the latest version.
If you are using an iPhone
If you are using an iPhone, click on the App Store and then tap 'Updates' at the bottom of the screen. If you have previously installed Ily&Sem, it will be in the Updates section. Tap Update to run the update. After the update is installed, check if the app still closes.
If you are using Android
If you are using Android, click on the Google Play Store app.
Select Menu > My Apps/Games. Apps that need updates will be marked with an 'Update' sign. Please update the Ily&Sem apps. After the update is installed, check if the app still closes.
3. Temporary errors may occur if there is a problem with the device itself.
In this case, please completely turn the device off and then turn it back on.
4. If there is a problem with the app itself, a launch error may occur.
The app may have been modified and cannot run due to a virus or bug in your device. In this case, you can delete the app and reinstall it.
If you're not hearing any sound in the app, check these four things:
1. Make sure the volume is not 0.
If the device's volume is set to 0, no sound may be heard even if it is not in vibrate mode. Press the volume buttons on the left and right sides of the device to make sure the volume is not 0.
2. Please check the sound settings.
Illi and Sem can set the background music, sound effects, and voice sounds within the app.
Click Parent Page > Settings > Sound Settings in that order and check that the background sound, sound effects, and voice volume are not set to 0.
How to check your sound settings
Launch the Ily&Sem app.
Click on the Parent Page button in the upper right corner to enter.
On the parent page, click the Settings tab.
Check your sound settings and increase or decrease them.
3. Make sure it is not in vibration mode.
If your device is set to vibrate mode, you may not hear any sound. Disable vibrate mode and turn up the media volume.
4. Sound errors may occur if there is a problem with the app itself.
The sound may be temporarily muted due to data crashes, viruses, bugs, etc. in the app. In this case, please completely close the Ily&Sem app and then restart the app.
All refunds and payments for Ily&Sem are operated in accordance with the refund policies of Apple and Google. Therefore, you must request a refund directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where you made the payment. Although it is inconvenient, please request a refund by following the guide below.
1. If you purchased a 1-month or 2-month subscription through the App Store (Apple, iPhone, iPad), please request a refund using the method below.
Visit Apple's Report a Problem page.
Please log in.
Please find Ily&Sem and press the report button.
Click the appropriate reason for the refund. (Refunds may not be issued depending on Apple's terms and conditions. For Apple's terms and conditions, please refer to 'Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions'.)
2. If you purchased a 1-month or 2-month subscription through the app on Google Play Store (Android), please request a refund using the method below.
Click on the Google Play Store app.
Click on your icon on the right, then click on the Customer Center tab.
Please click Request a refund on Google Play.
Click on the appropriate reason for the refund. (Refunds may not be issued depending on Google's Terms of Use.
As per Google's policy, you must request a refund directly from Google Play.

Please run the Ily&Sem app.
Please log in.
Please click on the parent page.
Please click on Parent Page > Learning Analytics tab in order.
If you would like to check the detailed learning level, please click on the report you want to check in the Learning Analysis tab.
